By accessing or using Snipix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

2. Description of Service

Snipix is a free, web-based tool that allows users to create beautiful images of code snippets. The Service operates entirely in your web browser and does not store your code on our servers.

3. Use License & Permissions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use the Service for personal or commercial purposes
• Create code snippet images using our tools
• Export and use the images you create without restrictions
• Share generated images on any platform or medium

4. Your Content & Ownership

You retain complete ownership of all code and content you input into Snipix. We make no claim to any intellectual property rights in your content. The images you generate are yours to use, modify, and distribute as you see fit.

Since all processing happens client-side, we never have access to your code or content.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Snipix to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service excessively
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep Snipix available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Snipix is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Service
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snipix and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to your data
• Errors, bugs, or interruptions in the Service
• Third-party content or conduct on the Service

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snipix and its creators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
